- Download and install the latest version of your software.
- Run the updates tool (Tools, Check For Updates menu) in Domain Name Pro or
Link Popularity.
- Search the online help.
- If your problem is not solved then contact support as follows:

Please provide these details:
- The product that you are seeking support for: Domain Name
Pro, Domain Name Std, or Link Popularity.
- If you are using Domain Name Pro then the Edition name from
the splash screen or window title (if shown).
- If you are using Domain Name Pro or Link Popularity then please state whether
you are a registered user or if you are using the 21-day or 30-day trial.
- The version number(s) displayed on the Help, About dialog.
- Which version of the Windows operating system that you are
using.
- The symptoms (including a screenshot if possible - that
always helps).
- Your full name.
- Your registration details if applicable.
- Attach the file ErrorLog.txt found in the folder in which
you installed the product.
